HSSC :Cancellation Notification Advertisement No.1/2011, Cat. No. 7 ,

Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) issued a Cancellation Notification ,Reference Commission’s Advertisement No.1/2011, Cat. No. 7             
              which was published in various leading newspapers on 19.03.2011 for inviting applications for 10 posts of Signaler for Irrigation Department Haryana.                                                                         

                        Consequent upon the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court order dated 11.01.2013 passed in CWP No. 8083 of 2011- Dinesh Kumar & Ors. Vs. Stae of Haryan & ors. whereby quashing the portion of Rule-7 read with Appendix-B of the 1985 Rules which prescribes for passing of Telegraphy examination from the Post & Telegraph Department for the post of Signaler, the post of Signaler, Irrigation Department, Haryana advertised against Advt. No. 1/2011, Category No. 7 is hereby cancelled.  

                        The candidates who applied against Advt. No. 1/2011, category No. 7 wish to take refund of fee may apply to the Commission alongwith original proof of depositing the fee within 15 days of this notice.
